Kevin Ertell -- Keynote Speaker

Kevin leads ForeSee Results continued growth in the retail industry through his expertise and experience. He works with the product, delivery, client services, and marketing teams to maximize ForeSee Results' value to our retail clients. Kevin has over 10 years of critical e-commerce experience and was formerly the Vice President and Managing Director of Tower Records. More recently, he was the Senior Vice-President of E-Business with Borders where he re-launched Borders.com as an e-commerce site.

Kevin is a recognized and respected figure in the online retail industry. He has been a featured speaker at many e-retail conferences like Shop.org, eTail, and Internet Retailer, in addition to being featured and quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, USA Today, Publishers Weekly, the Detroit Free Press, and more. He is also a member of Shop.org's Policy Advisory Committee, Cross-Channel Retailing Consortium, and the eTail Content Advisory Board.

Yesh Dattareya

Yeshwant (Yesh) Dattatreya's ten years of IT experience spans a wide variety of industries including financial services, professional services, sourcing automation, learning management, manufacturing & IT services. He has held project and program management roles at Equifax, First Consulting Group and Infosys. Over the last six years of consulting, Yesh has led large engagements engagements across the entire software development life-cycle, enterprise-wide IT initiatives, and implementing RUP and PMI processes. He is currently the delivery director at MDI Group, responsible for all aspects of project delivery.

Yesh started his career as a systems analyst, and went on to assume increasing levels of responsibility, including business analysis and management of several large and strategic projects and programs. His focus has been on value added project and program delivery by linking all project and program initiatives to the company's strategic objectives.

Yesh's certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt and Java Programming. He holds a graduate degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, both premier institutes in India.

Kim Folsom

Kim Folsom is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience growing innovative technology companies that provide customer relationship management solutions and video-based web services. She is the founder and CEO of VuQuest, Inc DBA ShowUhow, Inc. (www.showuhowinc.com), the provider of a web-based, integrated sales and customer support platform for manufacturers and retailers of consumer products. VuQuest serves the $340B Configurable Goods market, leveraging video technology to increase sales, improve online shopper conversion rates and reduce support costs and product returns.

Prior to founding ShowUhow, Kim ran Momentuum Solutions, Inc., a management consulting firm she founded in 2001. Momentuum Solutions advised CEOs on the launch of technology-based businesses. Momentuum clients included: PenChecks Inc., Silicon Space LLC and DriveCam Inc. Before founding Momentuum Solutions, Kim was founder and CEO of SeminarSource, a web-based provider of video technology for continuing professional education solutions.

Kim serves on the advisory boards for: San Diego State University Entrepreneur Management Center, Sheppard Ventures, Qualcomm Stadium and the San Diego Bowl Committee. Kim serves as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance and Information Systems for University of Redlands and University of Phoenix College of Business Administration programs.

Kim earned her M.B.A. from the University of Pepperdine and a B.S. in Information Systems with minor coursework in Economics from San Diego State University. She was recognized in 1998 in the Who's Who of Young American Executives Journal and was selected as a semi-finalist for the 2001 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Kim is married and has one son.

Patrick Gaglione

Pat has been working in the imaging industry for over 30 years. For 22 of those years he was with Eastman Kodak. He was a key player in managing Kodak's Processing operation's transition from chemical based photography to digital imaging, and holds a US Patent for digital image production systems. He was the Chief Operating Office of Picture Services Network, an industry consortium for online photo services. Pat currently works as a Senior Product Specialist for LiquidPixels, Inc. supporting their customers' implementation of online Dynamic Imaging technology.

Mike has been active in the Web Analytics industry since 1999, where he parsed his first web log with NetGenesis (one of the first enterprise web analytics vendors).

Tony Capasso

Tony is the Divisional VP of Retail for Bazaarvoice where he is responsible for driving growth through expansion of the retail vertical client base. Tony previously pioneered Bazaarvoice's manufacturing vertical to build the Retailer/Manufacturer network that exists today. He is a long time entrepreneur and is the president and co-founder of overspeedtraining.com and the co-founder of Catalyst 8, an Austin organization dedicated to developing awareness of the Long Center and the arts and developing Austin's future leaders. After years in grassroots marketing and leadership roles with Non-profit organizations Tony brings a wealth of knowledge in the word of mouth space to his endeavors at Bazaarvoice.
